Which denier opaque tights should I choose?

Denier measures the thickness of the yarn. At 30 to 40 denier, styles such as the Charnos Satin 30, Andrea Bucci 30 Denier Semi-Opaque and Gipsy 40 Denier Coloured Opaque give colour with a light feel. At 50 to 70 denier, the Falke Pure Matt 50, Wolford Velvet De Luxe 50, Charnos 60 Denier Matt, Pretty Polly 60 Denier 3D, Aristoc 60 Denier and Wolford Opaque 70 Matt are everyday opaques. At 80 to 120 denier, the Pretty Polly 80 Denier 3D, Aristoc 80 and 100 Denier, Gipsy 100 Denier Luxury, Falke Pure Matt 100 and Oroblu Chantal 120 are warmer. The Pretty Polly 150 Denier 3D Matt and 200 denier thermals are the thickest knitted styles.

Which opaque tights are warmest?
