How long will my order take?

We dispatch orders  each day (Saturdays & Sundays excepted) at 3.45pm . This means that all orders received before 3.30pm are sent out the same day.

Standard delivery is Royal Mail 48 and normally takes 2-3 days. The First Class delivery option is normally next day, however this is not guaranteed next day service. We would suggest that any urgent orders are requested by Special Delivery.

These delivery times can vary due to problems with Royal Mail such as Christmas or severe weather.

Our stock system is set up so that you can only order what we have in stock. Whilst this system always works there may be the odd item that has been wrongly recorded due to human error! We will always inform you if there will be any delay in dispatch.


I haven't received my order, what should I do?

Please check with your local sorting office first, experience has shown that undelivered items are often held there.

Royal Mail require 14 days before they consider a delivery as missing, we are unable to consider any claims for lost parcels before this period has passed.

Should you delivery still not arrive within 14 days please contact us by email by clicking this link or replying to your email confirming dispatch of your order. Please include your order reference (eg WEB5555) in all contact.


I ordered one thing and received something different!

Occasionally mistakes happen, and we apologise if this has happened to you. Don't worry though, send us an e mail and we'll have it sorted, normally the same day. We will require the wrong item returned but we will refund any postage costs incurred. Please contact us by e mail first though, we will do our best to solve the problem to your satisfaction.

I'm trying to pay by credit card and it's not working.

This can happen if you have been on the payment page for too long. Our secure payment through Sagepay will automatically show as payment failed after a set period. This is to ensure your card details are safe. The easiest way to solve this is to empty your basket and re-order. Some browsers may need to be closed to clear the cache (memory). We're sorry if this has happened to you but we prefer to ensure your details are kept secure.

I would like the prices in Euro's or US Dollars.

If you prefer to see your pricing in Euro's or US Dollars this can be altered next to the basket logo (at the top right hand corner of the page) by clicking the required currency. This will change all prices to your required currency.
