Unlike most online hosiery companies, we have experience in face-to-face retail, starting life as a shop, branching out later to sales around the globe via our website. Our customers were integral to our success, and after multiple visits, some even became friends. To have been given the chance to offer advice and suggestions on an interactive, personal level allowed us to fully understand customer requirements. We transferred this knowledge to our website, creating an online shopping experience.
